Chef Janine is a passionate Chef who has been cooking in Chicago, Miami, and is proud to be a part of the food culture in New York City for several years. With over 10 years experience in fine dining, Chef JD is dedicated to specializing in Asian Cuisine and known for creating dining experiences with Chinese influences on European Classics.
